We refuse to compromise on quality in our restaurant. That's why we source high-quality organic and wild-caught ingredients. Each item is lovingly created at the time it is ordered and served with pride.

We use only wild-caught fish in our sushi. When sourcing other ingredients such as vegetables, condiments, sauces and krab, if organics are not used or not available, we always choose the highest quality products and ingredients available.
